Refund Policy
At Aereso, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Right to cancel
You may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the product. To do so, contact us at aereso.hello@gmail.com.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Any product returned incomplete, damaged or visibly used may be refused.
How to return an item
- Contact our customer service by email.
- Give us your order number.
- We will send you the return address and instructions.
No return can be accepted without a prior request.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the product is faulty or if we made a mistake, Aereso pays the return costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned product, your refund is issued within 14 days at most, to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded (unless the mistake was ours).
Non-refundable items
Unless a fault is found, the following items cannot be returned: products damaged through improper use, and products returned incomplete.
